Fast-Fit is the leading independent tyre and exhausts fast-fit group in East Anglia. We supply and fit Tyres, Exhausts, Batteries and CATS at 11 branches throughout East Anglia.

Being independent means we can offer tyres from ALL the leading brands and with our size, means we can offer them for less too.

Our experienced fitters at all of our depots will gladly fit you new set of tyres in minutes, ensuring they are balanced too. We'll also adjust your tracking too to ensure your tyres wear at the correct speed and in a consistent maner so you can be safe on the roads.

As part of the K.J. Shortis Group, we are one of the largest purchasers of Exhausts in the U.K. Once again, by not being tied to any one make, we can offer exhaust systems from all the major makes.

Timax, Walker & Bosal Exhausts are just some of the brands we can suppy and fit for a lot less than a main dealer would charge.

Batteries are another speciality. We supply the Platinum Range of Batteries which are available for all major makes of car and we can supply batteries which are fully guaranteed for up to 4 years.

We also supply and fit CATS too, at our usual competitive prices.



History

Kevin Shortis started selling and fitting Tyres in 1963 in conjunction with his Motor Spares Store. The business was sold in 1971 but Kevin Shortis then set up Fastfit Exhausts, offering while you wait Exhaust replacement. A new service at the time. In due course Batteries and Tyres were added and the company joined forces with Wilco Motor Spares, with fitting stations at many Wilco sites. Fastfit and Wilco are still separate companies, part of the Shortis Group which is proud of its independent family ownership. Most major Tyre and Exhaust dealers are owned by either Tyre manufacturers or by multi-nationals.

Fastfit, being independent, is able to offer all makes of Tyres and Exhausts at prices that match anyone's, backed by personal service from a privately owned company.

Facts and Figures

Over the last 12 months the Group has supplied and fitted over 112,000 tyres and balanced nearly 120000 wheels.

Last year, the group purchased over £2.5M worth of exhausts.
